Altemasi Millesimato Trentodoc nasce nei vigneti a grande vocazione spumantistica del Trentino.

È prodotto da uve Chardonnay in purezza, raccolte e selezionate accuratamente a mano. Dopo la fermentazione che avviene a temperatura controllata, il vino affina sui lieviti per un periodo che va dai 36 ai 48 mesi prima di essere imbottigliato.

Questo Millesimato è caratterizzato da un colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli. È dotato di un perlage a grana molto minuta ed una spuma molto persistente. Al naso si apre con un profumo elegante e complesso di delicate note fruttate, arricchito da sentori di agrumi e pesca. Al palato risulta piacevolmente secco e fresco, con una struttura raffinata e complessa.

Ideale da servire durante un aperitivo, è ottimo in abbinamento a fritti misti croccanti di pesce e scaloppine al limone.
